Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a measuring method and a kit with which it is possible to obtain a stable, high precision measured value without being affected by interfering substances in a test sample, irrespective of the type of the test sample, such as blood serum or heparinized blood plasma obtained using different blood coagulation inhibitors that are typically used frequently when immunologically detecting a substance to be measured (for example sIL-2R) in a biological sample. An immunoconjugate of the substance to be measured and an antibody which binds specifically thereto is formed in the presence of a sulfated polysaccharide. The kit includes the antibody that specifically binds to the substance to be measured, and a buffer solution containing a sulfated polysaccharide.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure et un kit permettant d'obtenir une valeur mesurée stable de grande précision qui n'est pas influencée par des substances interférentes dans un échantillon de test, indépendamment du type de l'échantillon de test, tels que du sérum sanguin ou du plasma sanguin héparinisé obtenu à l'aide de différents inhibiteurs de coagulation sanguine fréquemment utilisés lors de la détection immunologique d'une substance à mesurer (par exemple sIL-2R) dans un échantillon biologique. Un immunoconjugué de la substance à mesurer et d'un anticorps qui se lie spécifiquement à celle-ci est formé en présence d'un polysaccharide sulfaté. Le kit comprend l'anticorps qui se lie spécifiquement à la substance à mesurer, et une solution tampon contenant un polysaccharide sulfaté.
(JA) 生体試料中の測定対象物質(例えば、sIL-2R)を免疫学的に検出する場合に、一般的に多用される、異なる血液凝固阻害剤の使用による血清、ヘパリン加血漿といった被検試料の種類に関わらず、被検試料中の干渉物質の影響を受けることなく安定的で高精度な測定値を得ることができる測定方法及びキットを提供する。 測定対象物質とそれに特異的に結合する抗体との免疫複合体の形成を硫酸化多糖類の存在下で行う。前記キットは、測定対象物質に特異的に結合する抗体と、硫酸化多糖類を含有する緩衝液を含む。
