Abstract:
(EN) This copper alloy backing tube comprises a copper alloy having a composition containing 0.10-0.30% by mass of Co, 0.030-0.10% by mass of P, 0.01-0.50% by mass of Sn, 0.02-0.10% by mass of Ni, 0.01-0.10% by mass of Zn, and the remainder consisting of copper and inevitable impurities, the mass ratio (Co)/(P) of the Co content to the P content being within in the range of 3.0-6.0. The copper alloy backing tube has a heat conductivity of 250 W/(m∙K) or more, a micro-Vickers hardness determined after a heating process under a condition that 250ºC is maintained for one hour, of 100 Hv or more, and a reduction ratio from the hardness determined before the heating process of 5% or less.
(FR) Ce tube de support en alliage de cuivre comprend un alliage de cuivre présentant une composition contenant 0,10-0,30 % en masse de Co, 0,030-0,10 % en masse de P, 0,01-0,50 % en masse de Sn, 0,02-0,10 % en masse de Ni, 0,01-0,10 % en masse de Zn et le reste étant constitué de cuivre et d'impuretés inévitables, le rapport massique (Co)/(P) de la teneur en Co à la teneur en P se situant dans la plage de 3,0 à 6,0. Le tube de support en alliage de cuivre présente une conductivité thermique de 250 W/(m∙K) ou plus, une dureté de micro-Vickers déterminée après un processus de chauffage, dans une condition telle qu'une température de 250°C est maintenue pendant une heure, de 100 Hv ou plus et un rapport de réduction de la dureté, déterminée avant le processus de chauffage, de 5 % ou moins.
(JA) 本発明の銅合金製バッキングチューブは、Co:0.10mass%以上0.30mass%以下、P:0.030mass%以上0.10mass%以下、Sn:0.01mass%以上0.50mass%以下、Ni:0.02mass%以上0.10mass%以下、Zn:0.01mass%以上0.10mass%以下、を含み、Coの含有量とPの含有量との質量比〔Co〕/〔P〕が3.0以上6.0以下の範囲内とされ、残部が銅及び不可避不純物とされた組成の銅合金からなり、熱伝導率が250W/(m・K)以上とされ、250℃で1時間保持の条件で加熱処理した後のマイクロビッカース硬さが100Hv以上であり、かつ、加熱処理前の硬さからの低下率が5%以下とされている。
