Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a polyimide powder which forms a polyimide film having excellent heat resistance and transparency, and which is soluble in a solvent, while being reduced in coloring or impurities; and a method for producing this polyimide powder. A polyimide powder which is soluble in N, N-dimethyl acetamide, and which is produced through steps of: polymerization from at least one aromatic diamine compound and at least one tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride into a polyamide acid; a chemical imidization reaction; formation of a powder by means of precipitation of a produced polyimide; and drying. This polyimide powder is characterized in that: the average particle diameter of this polyimide powder is within the range of 0.02-0.8 mm; and a polyimide film, which is formed from an N, N-dimethyl acetamide solution of this polyimide powder and has a thickness of 50 μm, has a light transmittance of 80% or more at the wavelength of 450 nm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une poudre de polyimide qui forme un film de polyimide présentant une excellente résistance à la chaleur et une excellente transparence, et qui est soluble dans un solvant, et dont la coloration ou les impuretés est/sont réduite(s) ; et un procédé de production de cette poudre de polyimide. L'invention concerne une poudre de polyimide qui est soluble dans le N, N-diméthyl acétamide, et qui est produite par la mise en oeuvre des étapes suivantes : polymérisation à partir d'au moins un composé de diamine aromatique et d'au moins un dianhydride d'acide tétracarboxylique pour former un acide polyamide ; réaction d'imidation chimique ; formation d'une poudre par la précipitation du polyimide produit ; et séchage. Cette poudre de polyimide est caractérisée en ce que son diamètre moyen des particules se situe dans la plage de 0,02 à 0,8 mm ; et le film de polyimide qui est formé à partir d'une solution de N, N-diméthyl acétamide de cette poudre de polyimide et présente une épaisseur de 50 µm, possède un facteur de transmission de la lumière supérieur ou égal à 80 % à la longueur d'onde de 450 nm.
(JA) 耐熱性や透明性に優れたポリイミド膜を与える、着色や不純物が少なく、溶剤に可溶なポリイミド粉体及びその製造方法を提供する。 少なくとも1種類の芳香族ジアミン化合物と少なくとも1種類のテトラカルボン酸二無水物から、ポリアミド酸への重合、化学イミド化反応、生成ポリイミドの析出による粉体の形成、及び乾燥の工程を経て製造される、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミドに可溶なポリイミド粉体であって、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミドに可溶なポリイミド粉体であって、当該ポリイミド粉体の平均粒子径が0.02~0.8mmの範囲にあり、当該ポリイミド粉体のN,N-ジメチルアセトアミド溶液から製膜して得られる厚さ50μmのポリイミドフィルムの450nmの波長における光線透過率が80%以上であることを特徴とするポリイミド粉体とする。
