Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a low-cost electrode material which is used to improve a beverage such as an alcoholic beverage by an electrolysis process, is easy to handle, and can be used in a sanitary manner due to a high frequency of replacement thereof. [Solution] This electrode material 20 for improving a beverage comprises a laminate sheet provided with: a conductive metal foil layer 21; an insulating resin layer 22 laminated on one side of the conductive metal foil layer; and a protective resin layer 23 laminated on the other side of the conductive metal foil layer. The insulating resin layer has a hole (removed part) 221 which allows the one side of the conductive metal foil layer to be partially exposed and come into contact with the beverage.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un matériau d'électrode peu coûteux qui est utilisé pour améliorer une boisson telle qu'une boisson alcoolisée par un procédé d'électrolyse, est facile à manipuler et peut être utilisé de manière hygiénique en raison de la fréquence élevée de remplacement du matériau. Le matériau (20) d'électrode pour améliorer une boisson comprend une feuille stratifiée comportant : une couche (21) de feuille métallique conductrice ; une couche (22) de résine isolante stratifiée sur une première face de la couche de feuille métallique conductrice ; et une couche (23) de résine de protection stratifiée sur l'autre face de la couche de feuille métallique conductrice. La couche de résine isolante comporte un trou (partie enlevée) (221) qui permet à la première face de la couche de feuille métallique conductrice d'être partiellement découverte et de venir en contact avec la boisson.
(JA) 【課題】電解処理によってアルコール飲料等の飲料を改質する際に用いられる電極材として、安価であって、取扱性に優れており、交換頻度を高めて衛生的に使用することができるものを提供する。 【解決手段】飲料改質用電極材20は、導電性金属箔層21と、導電性金属箔層の片面に積層された絶縁性樹脂層22と、導電性金属箔層の他面に積層された保護樹脂層23とを備えた積層シートよりなる。絶縁性樹脂層に、導電性金属箔層の片面を部分的に露出させて飲料と接触させるための穴(除去部)221が設けられている。
