The present invention provides a water-based urethane resin composition characterized by comprising: a urethane resin (A) which is a reaction product obtained from starting materials indispensably comprising a polyol (a1), a reactive silicone (a2) having a number-average molecular weight of 4,000 or higher and having a functional group that reacts with an isocyanate group, and a polyisocyanate (a3); and an aqueous medium (B). The present invention further provides a synthetic leather characterized by including a skin layer and/or surface treatment layer formed from the water-based urethane resin composition. The problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a water-based urethane resin composition excellent in terms of wear resistance and hydrolytic resistance. The water-based urethane resin composition of the present invention is suitable for use as the skin layers or surface treatment layers of synthetic leathers.

La présente invention concerne une composition de résine d’uréthane à base d’eau caractérisée en ce qu’elle comprend : une résine d’uréthane (A) qui est un produit réactionnel obtenu à partir de matériaux de départ comprenant de manière indispensable un polyol (a1), une silicone réactive (a2) ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 4 000 ou supérieur et ayant un groupe fonctionnel qui réagit avec un groupe isocyanate, et un polyisocyanate (a3) ; et un milieu aqueux (B). La présente invention décrit en outre un cuir synthétique caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une couche de peau et/ou une couche de traitement de surface formée à partir de la composition de résine d’uréthane à base d’eau. Le problème à résoudre par l’invention consiste à fournir une composition de résine d’uréthane à base d’eau excellente en termes de résistance à l’usure et de résistance hydrolytique. La composition de résine d’uréthane à base d’eau de la présente invention convient pour l’utilisation comme couches de peau ou couches de traitement de surface des cuirs synthétiques.

本発明は、ポリオール(a1)と、数平均分子量が4,000以上であり、イソシアネート基と反応する官能基を有する反応性シリコーン(a2)と、ポリイソシアネート(a3)とを必須原料とした反応物であるウレタン樹脂(A)、及び、水性媒体(B)を含有することを特徴とする水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を提供するものである。また、本発明は、前記水性ウレタン樹脂組成物により形成された表皮層及び/又は表面処理層を有することを特徴とする合成皮革を提供するものである。本発明が解決しようとする課題は、耐摩耗性、及び耐加水分解性に優れる水性ウレタン樹脂組成物を提供することである。本発明の水性ウレタン樹脂組成物は、合成皮革の表皮層や表面処理層として好適に使用することができる。
