Abstract:
(EN) This resonant power source device comprises: a plurality of inverter circuits (101) connected in parallel that convert input power into high frequency power and output the high frequency power; switches (105) that are provided in each inverter circuit (101) and, for the relevant inverter circuit (101), switch input or output on and off; parameter detection units that detect at least one of a parameter that is related to the inverter circuit (101), said parameter changing depending on the matching state between the output impedance and the load impedance of the resonant power source device (1), or a parameter that relates to the high frequency power; a parameter acquisition unit (1061) that acquires the parameter detected by the parameter detection unit; and a switching control unit (1062) that controls the switches (105) so as to match the output impedance of the resonant power source device (1) to the load impedance on the basis of the parameter acquired by the parameter acquisition unit (1061).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif source d'alimentation à résonance qui comprend : une pluralité de circuits onduleurs (101) connectés en parallèle qui convertissent un courant d'entrée en un courant haute fréquence et délivrent le courant haute fréquence ; des interrupteurs (105) qui sont disposés dans chaque circuit onduleur (101) et qui, pour le circuit onduleur pertinent (101), connectent et déconnectent une entrée ou une sortie ; des unités de détection de paramètre qui détectent un paramètre qui est relatif au circuit onduleur (101), ledit paramètre variant en fonction de l'état d'adaptation entre l'impédance de sortie et l'impédance de charge du dispositif source d'alimentation à résonance (1), et/ou un paramètre qui est relatif au courant haute fréquence ; une unité d'acquisition de paramètre (1061) qui acquiert le paramètre détecté par l'unité de détection de paramètre ; et une unité de commande de commutation (1062) qui commande les interrupteurs (105) de façon à adapter l'impédance de sortie du dispositif source d'alimentation à résonance (1) à l'impédance de charge sur la base du paramètre acquis par l'unité d'acquisition de paramètre (1061).
