Abstract

The present invention relates to hole transport compositions containing an organic charge transport material and a salt containing an organic cation. Preferably, the hole transport composition comprises an ionic liquid. The ionic liquid efficiently dopes the organic hole transport material. In a particular embodiment, the ionic liquid 1-butyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (BMP TFSI) is used as a dopant or additive. The invention also relates to optoelectronic and/or electrochemical devices containing the hole transport composition, particularly perovskite-based solar cells.

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones del transporte de huecos que contienen un material orgánico de transporte de carga y una sal que contiene un catión orgánico. Preferiblemente, la composición del transporte de huecos comprende un líquido iónico. El líquido iónico dopa eficazmente el material orgánico de transporte de huecos. La présente invention concerne des compositions de transport de trous qui contiennent une matière organique de transport de charge et un sel qui contient un cation organique. De préférence, la composition de transport de trous contient un liquide ionique. Le liquide ionique dope efficacement la matière organique de transport de trous. Dans un mode de réalisation particulier, le liquide ionique 1-butyl-1-méthylpyridine-1-io bis (trifluorométhyl-sulfonyl)imide (BMP TFSI) est utilisé comme dopant ou additif.
