Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for the reactive extrusion and co-polymerization of a vinyl monomer, comprising: feeding the vinyl monomer and/or at least one vinyl co-monomer and an initiator into a first screw section of a twin-screw extruder, and adding a modified resin to a subsequent screw section of the twin-screw extruder; continuing to supplement a corresponding monomer to the screw section after the system enters an automatic acceleration zone, continuing to supplement an initiator corresponding to the temperature of the screw barrel and a micro-nano inorganic modification material for modification after a period of more than the half-life of the initiator; adding an antioxidant and an anti-ultraviolet agent into the twin-screw extruder when the polymerization is terminated, and then removing unpolymerized monomers and by-products by a devolatilization screw section; and controlling the temperatures of the different screw sections and carrying out reactive extrusion and polymerization to obtain a vinyl copolymer resin with a predetermined molecular weight ranging from 5 × 102 to 6 × 105. The present invention overcomes the defects of the free radical reactive extrusion and polymerization in the existing techniques, and can not only fully satisfy the requirements of a short reactive extrusion polymerization retention time, with functionalization and high performance being integrated, but can also satisfy requirements for the polymers reaching a high molecular weight.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'extrusion réactive et la copolymérisation d'un monomère vinylique, consistant à : introduire le monomère vinylique et/ou au moins un comonomère vinylique et un initiateur dans une première section de vis d'une extrudeuse à deux vis et ajouter une résine modifiée à une section de vis subséquente de l'extrudeuse à deux vis ; continuer à ajouter un monomère correspondant à la section de vis après l'entrée du système dans une zone d'accélération automatique, continuer à ajouter un initiateur correspondant à la température du cylindre de vis et un matériau de modification inorganique micro-nanométrique pour une modification après une période de plus de la demi-vie de l'initiateur ; ajouter un antioxydant et un agent anti-UV dans l'extrudeuse à deux vis lorsque la polymérisation est terminée, puis éliminer les monomères non polymérisés et les sous-produits par une section de vis de dégazage ; et réguler les températures des différentes sections de vis et effectuer l'extrusion réactive et la polymérisation pour obtenir une résine de copolymère vinylique présentant un poids moléculaire prédéterminé de 5 × 102 à 6 × 105. La présente invention surmonte les défauts de l'extrusion réactive et de la polymérisation par radicaux libres dans les techniques existantes et peut non seulement satisfaire aux exigences d'un temps de rétention court de polymérisation par extrusion réactive, la fonctionnalisation et les performances élevées étant intégrées, mais peut également satisfaire aux exigences des polymères atteignant un poids moléculaire élevé.
(ZH) 一种乙烯基单体反应挤出共聚合的方法,是将乙烯基单体或和至少一种乙烯基共聚单体以及引发剂送入双螺杆挤出机的第一螺段,并在后面的螺段添加改性树脂;在系统进入自动加速区后的螺段继续补加相应单体,在引发剂过半衰期后继续补加与螺筒温度相应的引发剂,以及用于改性的微纳米无机改性材料;并在聚合终止时加入抗氧剂与抗紫外剂,然后通过脱挥螺段脱除未聚合的单体以及副产物;通过控制不同螺段的温度,反应挤出聚合得到预定分子量为5×102至6×105的乙烯基共聚树脂。本发明克服了现有用于自由基反应挤出聚合技术存在的缺陷,既可以完全满足反应挤出聚合停留时间短的要求,集功能化与高性能化于一身,同时又可以满足聚合物达到高分子量的要求。
