Abstract:
An element positioning method and system based on color and gradient. The method comprises: obtaining an HSV image and a gradient magnitude image of a template image as well as an HSV image and a gradient magnitude image of an image to be inspected; respectively replacing a V-channel value of each pixel point in the HSV image of the template image with a gradient magnitude of a corresponding pixel point in the gradient magnitude image of the template image to obtain a target template image, and also respectively replacing a V-channel value of each pixel point in the HSV image of the image to be inspected with a gradient magnitude of a corresponding pixel point in the gradient magnitude image of the image to be inspected to obtain a target image to be inspected; and performing template matching by using the target template image and the target image to be inspected, so as to be able to position an element to be inspected in the image to be inspected. In this solution, since the gradient information of images is considered during template matching, the impact caused by different illuminations can be effectively reduced, and the positioning stability of electronic elements is thus effectively improved.
