Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a reverse precise gluing device, comprising a cutter body (1) and a gluing roller (2). Multiple cutter body mounting holes (3) connected to a cutter holder are evenly disposed on the cutter body (1). A mounting boss (4) with an angle of 60 degrees is arranged at the lower end of the cutter body (1). A scraping cutter (5) is fixedly arranged on the mounting boss (4) with the angle of 60 degrees via a cutter pressing plate (6). An included angle between the scraping cutter (5) and the centre of the cutter body (1) is 60 degrees. A glue scraping direction of the scraping cutter (5) is opposite the rotation direction of the gluing roller (2). Scraping cutter mounting holes (3) matching the scraping cutter (5) are formed in the mounting boss (4) with the angle of 60 degrees and the cutter pressing plate (6), respectively. A labyrinth-type thermally conductive oil heating cavity (8) is formed in the cutter body (1), and an oil inlet (9) and an oil outlet (10) in communication with the labyrinth-type thermally conductive oil heating cavity (8) are respectively disposed on one side of the cutter body (1). In the reverse precise gluing device mentioned above, using the scraping cutter mounted at 60 degrees to the cutter body and performing surface glue scraping in a reverse direction to the running of the gluing roller, redundant glue on the surface of the gluing roller can be further scraped off, and the use of the labyrinth-type thermally conductive oil heating cavity in the cutter body can evenly heat the surface of the cutter body so as to spread glue more evenly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de collage précis inverse, comprenant un corps (1) de couteau et un rouleau de collage (2). De multiples trous (3) de montage de corps de couteau reliés à un support de couteau sont disposés de manière régulière sur le corps (1) de couteau. Un bossage de montage (4) présentant un angle de 60 degrés est agencé en l'extrémité inférieure du corps (1) de couteau. Un couteau (5) de raclage est disposé de manière fixe sur le bossage de montage (4) sous l'angle de 60 degrés via une plaque de pression (6) de couteau. Dans le dispositif de collage précis inverse mentionné ci-dessus, l'utilisation du couteau de raclage monté à 60 degrés par rapport au corps de couteau et la réalisation d'un raclage de colle de surface dans une direction inverse à la course du rouleau de collage, la colle redondante sur la surface du rouleau de collage peut être enlevée davantage par raclage et l'utilisation de la cavité de chauffage d'huile thermoconductrice de type labyrinthe dans le corps de couteau peut chauffer uniformément la surface du corps de couteau de façon à étaler la colle de manière plus uniforme.
(ZH) 一种逆向精密上胶装置,包括刀体(1)和上胶辊(2),在刀体(1)上均匀设置有若干与刀架相连接的刀体安装孔(3),在刀体(1)的下端设置有60度角安装凸台(4),刮刀(5)通过压刀板(6)固定设置在60度角安装凸台(4)上,刮刀(5)与刀体(1)中心呈60度夹角,刮刀(5)的刮胶方向与上胶辊(2)的旋转方向呈逆向,在60度角安装凸台(4)和压刀板(6)上分别设置有与刮刀(5)相互配合的刮刀安装孔(3),在刀体(1)内设置有迷宫型导热油加热腔(8),在刀体(1)的一侧分别设置有与迷宫型导热油加热腔(8)相连通的进油口(9)和出油口(10)。上述逆向精密上胶装置,采用与刀体60度角安装刮刀并沿着上胶辊运转逆向进行表面刮胶,能够进一步刮清上胶辊表面多余胶水,同时在刀体内采用迷宫型导热油加热腔能够使刀体表面加热均匀,保证胶水在刮涂时更加均匀。
