Abstract
(EN) An assembly type steel pipe casing reinforced concrete combined joint and a mounting method, relating to the technical field of structural engineering, and for use in building column beams in a building structure. The combined joint comprises a high-strength outer-coating steel pipe, steel bar restraining plates, high-strength steel bars (5), conversion separation sleeves, and a common outer-coating steel pipe. The conversion separation sleeves are disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the common outer-coating steel pipe. The conversion separation sleeve at the upper end of the common outer-coating steel pipe is connected with the high-strength outer-coating steel pipe, and the conversion separation sleeve at the lower end of the common outer-coating steel pipe is connected with the high-strength outer-coating steel pipe. The high-strength steel bars (5) penetrate the whole common outer-coating steel pipe. The upper ends and the lower ends of the high-strength steel bars (5) are communicated with the interior of the high-strength outer-coating steel pipe. The high-strength steel bars (5) are connected with the conversion separation sleeves. The upper ends and the lower ends of the high-strength steel bars (5) are connected with the steel bar restraining plates. The combined joint well resolves the problems of unstable welding quality and long construction time due to the existence of a steel pipe welding segment during the construction using conventional column beams.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un joint combiné en béton armé de gaine de tuyau en acier, de type à assemblage, ainsi qu'un procédé de montage, se rapporte au domaine technique de l'ingénierie structurale, ledit joint étant destiné à être utilisé dans la construction de poutres de colonne dans une structure de bâtiment. Le joint combiné comprend un tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur à haute résistance, des plaques de retenue de barre en acier, des barres en acier à haute résistance (5), des manchons de séparation de conversion et un tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur commun. Les manchons de séparation de conversion sont disposés au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure et de l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur commun. Le manchon de séparation de conversion au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure du tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur commun est relié au tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur à haute résistance, et le manchon de séparation de conversion au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur commun est relié au tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur à haute résistance. Les barres en acier à haute résistance (5) pénètrent dans la totalité du tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur commun. Les extrémités supérieures et les extrémités inférieures des barres en acier à haute résistance (5) sont mises en communication avec l'intérieur du tuyau en acier de revêtement extérieur à haute résistance. Les barres en acier à haute résistance (5) sont reliées aux manchons de séparation de conversion. Le joint combiné résout les problèmes selon lesquels la qualité du soudage est instable et la construction dure trop longtemps en raison de l'existence d'un segment de soudure de tuyau en acier pendant la construction utilisant des poutres de colonne classiques.
(ZH) 一种装配式钢管套管钢筋混凝土组合节点及安装方法,属于结构工程技术领域,用于建筑结构中柱梁的搭建。组合节点包括高强外包钢管、钢筋约束板、高强钢筋(5)、转换分隔套筒和普通外包钢管,普通外包钢管的上端和下端均设有转换分隔套筒,普通外包钢管上端的转换分隔套筒连接有高强外包钢管,普通外包钢管下端的转换分隔套筒连接有高强外包钢管,高强钢筋(5)贯通整个普通外包钢管,高强钢筋(5)上端和下端均通到高强外包钢管内部,高强钢筋(5)与转换分隔套筒连接,高强钢筋(5)的上端和下端均连接有钢筋约束板。传统柱梁在施工过程中,钢管之间存在焊接环节,会产生焊接质量不稳定、施工时间长等问题,该组合节点很好地解决了这一问题。
