(EN)A wireless communication device is described in one example comprising one or more receivers configured to measure beams of a neighbor cell in response to a command of a massive Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) communication system, and one or more transmitters configured to report information of the beams based on the measured beams to the massive MIMO communication system, and the information is incorporated in a Beam Specific-Neighbor Cell Relation (BS-NCR).
