Device for conversion of wave energy into electrical energy and the process for its deployment at the exploitation location, wherein the device comprises a supporting construction (50) composed of buoyancy elements (52) and having a supporting tube (51) attached on the upper side. The device comprises a joint gear (30) on the inner circumference connected with the outside surface of the supporting tube (51) in a sliding manner and a sphere (32) to which is the floating body (20) pivotally connected. The device has two gears, the first flexible gear (1) for connecting the floating body (20) to the second gear and the second gear for connecting the flexible gear (1) to the generator. The flexible gear (1) consists of pulleys (6a, 6b, 6c) and a flexible element, e.g. a rope or a steel cable and the second gear can be arranged in several suitable forms, e.g. rigid elements as a set of a gear (4) and a rack (2) positioned inside the lower supporting tube (53) or a flexible element, e.g. a chain (3) and a sprocket wheel (5) set in the buoyancy element (52). The supporting construction (50) is by ropes (63) connected to the anchor weight (67) that is made in a form of a sphere segment either directly or through the rolling elements placed in the spherical dent of the anchor base (61). The invention comprises the process for device deployment at the exploitation location which is particularly suitable due to stable transport with low draught.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la conversion d'énergie marémotrice en énergie électrique, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant son déploiement sur un site d'exploitation, le dispositif comprenant une construction de support (50) constituée d'éléments de flottaison (52) et ayant un tube de support (51) fixé sur le côté supérieur. Le dispositif comprend un engrenage joint (30) sur la circonférence interne raccordé à la surface extérieure du tube de support (51) de manière coulissante et une sphère (32) à laquelle un corps flottant (20) est relié de façon à pivoter. Le dispositif présente deux engrenages, un premier engrenage flexible (1) pour relier le corps flottant (20) à un second engrenage et le second engrenage pour relier l'engrenage flexible (1) au générateur. L'engrenage flexible (1) se constitue de poulies (6a, 6b, 6c) et d'un élément flexible, par exemple une corde ou un câble d'acier, et le second engrenage peut être disposé en plusieurs formes appropriées, par exemple des éléments rigides sous la forme d'un ensemble d'un engrenage (4) et d'une crémaillère (2) positionnés à l'intérieur d'un tube de support inférieur (53) ou un élément flexible, par exemple une chaîne (3) et une roue dentée (5) placés dans l'élément de flottaison (52). La construction de support (50) est reliée par des cordes (63) à un poids d'ancrage (67) qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un segment de sphère placé dans la denture sphérique de la base d'ancrage (61) soit directement soit par le biais d'éléments roulants. L'invention concerne un procédé de déploiement du dispositif sur un site d'exploitation, qui est particulièrement approprié en raison d'un transport stable avec un faible tirant d'eau.
