Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an implant comprising zirconia as a base material, wherein surface etching treatment and multi-coating treatment of bioactive glass, a bioceramic material, or the like, are carried out in combination, thereby preventing an adverse effect, such as a deterioration in biocompatibility, leading to excellent effects in bone formation promotion, biocompatibility, low bacterial deposition rate, and the like. In addition, as the binding strength between zirconia and a coating layer is further enhanced, the mechanical properties of the implant, such as durability, corrosion resistance, and fracture resistance, are significantly improved, and furthermore, the implant has the benefit of achieving the same color as natural teeth.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un implant comprenant de la zircone en tant que matériau de base, un traitement de revêtement multiple et un traitement de gravure de surface utilisant du verre bioactif, un matériau biocéramique ou similaire, sont conduits de façon complexe, de façon à éviter un effet indésirable, tel qu'une dégradation de la biocompatibilité, de façon à obtenir d'excellents effets de stimulation de formation osseuse, biocompatibilité, faible taux de dépôt bactérien, et similaire. De plus, étant donné que la force de liaison entre la zircone et une couche de revêtement est améliorée plus avant, les propriétés mécaniques de l'implant, telles que la durabilité, la résistance à la corrosion et la résistance à la fracture sont significativement améliorées, et en outre, l'implant a un effet d’obtention de la même couleur que les dents naturelles.
(KO) 본 발명은 지르코니아를 베이스 재료로 하는 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 생체활성글라스, 생체세라믹 등의 다중 코팅 처리 및 표면 식각 처리 등이 복합적으로 수행됨에 따라, 생체 적합성이 저하되는 역효과를 방지할 수 있고, 이에 따라 골 형성 촉진, 생체 적합성,낮은 세균 침착률 등이 우수한 효과가 있다. 또한 지르코니아 및 코팅층 간의 결합력이 보다 향상됨에 따라 내구성, 내부식성, 파절 저항성 등의 기계적 물성이 현저히 향상되는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그럼에도 자연 치아와 동일한 색상이 구현되는 효과가 있다.
