(EN) The present invention provides a hierarchical microstructure, which has a nanopattern formed on a side surface thereof as well as an upper surface thereof, in order to maximize an effect of a multiscale structure. Therefore, the hierarchical microstructure can have a wider surface area. In addition, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a mold for manufacturing a hierarchical microstructure, using a sequential imprinting method and a creep phenomenon. Therefore, the present invention enables more effective and easier manufacture of a mold for forming a hierarchical microstructure having an increased surface area.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une microstructure hiérarchique, qui présente un nanomotif formé sur une surface latérale de celle-ci ainsi qu'une surface supérieure de celle-ci, afin de maximiser un effet d'une structure à échelles multiples. Par conséquent, la microstructure hiérarchique peut avoir une superficie plus large. De plus, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un moule pour fabriquer une microstructure hiérarchique, à l'aide d'un procédé d'impression séquentielle et d'un phénomène de fluage. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet une fabrication plus efficace et plus facile d'un moule pour former une microstructure hiérarchique ayant une superficie accrue.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 계층적 미세구조물은 다중 스케일 구조의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 상기 계층적 미세구조물의 윗면뿐만 아니라 측면에도 나노 패턴이 형성된 미세구조물을 제공하여 보다 높은 표면적을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기한 계층적 미세구조물을 제조하기 위한 몰드의 제조방법에 있어서, 순차적인 임프린팅법 및 크리프 현상을 이용함으로써, 표면적이 확대된 계층적 미세구조물 형성용 몰드를 보다 효과적이고 용이하게 제조할 수 있다.
