Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a hydrogen gas measuring method using a hydrogen gas sensor, the method comprising the steps of: measuring the concentration of a hydrogen gas by using a hydrogen gas sensor; and generating Joule heat in the hydrogen gas sensor which has measured the concentration of the hydrogen gas. The present invention may provide a hydrogen gas measuring method using a hydrogen gas sensor, wherein the hydrogen gas sensor comprises: a pair of electrode parts positioned on a substrate while facing each other with a predetermined interval therebetween; a carbon nanowire, which connects the pair of electrode parts and is supported by the pair of electrode parts; and hydrogen sensing particles, which are positioned in the form of an island on the surface of the carbon nanowire and have average particle diameters of 1nm to 500nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure d'hydrogène gazeux à l'aide d'un capteur d'hydrogène gazeux, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : mesurer la concentration d'un hydrogène gazeux à l'aide d'un capteur d'hydrogène gazeux ; et générer de la chaleur Joule dans le capteur d'hydrogène gazeux qui a mesuré la concentration de l'hydrogène gazeux. La présente invention peut fournir un procédé de mesure d'hydrogène gazeux à l'aide d'un capteur d'hydrogène gazeux, le capteur d'hydrogène gazeux comprenant : une paire de parties électrodes positionnées sur un substrat tout en se faisant face l'une à l'autre avec un intervalle prédéfini entre elles ; un nanofil de carbone, qui connecte la paire de parties électrodes et qui est supporté par la paire de parties électrodes ; et des particules de détection d'hydrogène, qui sont positionnées sous la forme d'un îlot sur la surface du nanofil de carbone et ont des diamètres moyens de particule de 1 nm à 500 nm.
(KO) 수소가스센서를 이용한 수소 가스 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 수소가스센서를 이용하여 수소가스의 농도를 측정하는 단계 및 상기 수소가스의 농도를 측정한 수소가스센서에 줄 열 (Joule heat)을 발생시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 수소가스센서는, 기판 상에 소정의 간격을 두고 마주보고 위치하는 한 쌍의 전극부, 상기 한 쌍의 전극부를 연결하며 상기 한 쌍의 전극부에 의해 지지되는 탄소나노와이어, 그리고 상기 탄소나노와이어의 표면에 아일랜드 형태로 위치하며 평균 입경이 1nm 내지 500nm인 수소감지입자를 포함하는 것인 수소가스센서를 이용한 수소 가스 측정방법을 제공할 수 있다
