(EN)The present invention relates to a hydrogen gas sensor and a method for manufacturing the same. A hydrogen gas sensor may be provided that includes: a pair of electrode parts disposed on a substrate and facing each other at a predetermined distance; a carbon nano-wire disposed between the electrode parts and supported by the electrode parts; and hydrogen detection particles disposed on a surface of the carbon nano-wire. The hydrogen detection particles are disposed in the form of an island on the surface of the carbon nano-wire and are disposed locally on the surface of the carbon nano-wire, and the particle diameter of the hydrogen detection particles is 1 nm to 500 nm.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un capteur d'hydrogène gazeux et son procédé de fabrication. Un capteur d'hydrogène gazeux comprend : une paire de parties d'électrode disposées sur un substrat et se faisant face à une distance prédéterminée l'une de l'autre ; un nanofil de carbone disposé entre les parties d'électrode et soutenu par les parties d'électrode ; et des particules de détection d'hydrogène disposées sur une surface du nanofil de carbone. Les particules de détection d'hydrogène sont disposées sous la forme d'un îlot sur la surface du nanofil de carbone et sont disposées localement sur la surface du nanofil de carbone, et le diamètre de particule des particules de détection d'hydrogène est compris entre 1 nm et 500 nm.
