(EN) The present invention relates to a method for classifying Raman signals of exosomes by pattern recognition and a method for diagnosing cells and, more particularly, to a diagnosis method which obtains Raman signals of exosomes derived from cancer cells and normal cells by Raman spectroscopy, performs a principal component analysis (PCA) by normalizing the signals to more accurately distinguish the cancer cells from the normal cells, thereby enabling early diagnosis of cancer and further providing a patient-friendly diagnosis method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de classification de signaux Raman d'exosomes par reconnaissance de motif et un procédé de diagnostic cellulaire et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de diagnostic qui obtient des signaux Raman d'exosomes dérivés de cellules cancéreuses et de cellules normales par spectroscopie Raman, effectue une analyse de composantes principales (ACP) par normalisation des signaux pour distinguer plus précisément les cellules cancéreuses des cellules normales, de façon à permettre un diagnostic précoce du cancer et fournir en outre un procédé de diagnostic convivial.
(KO) 본 발명은 패턴인식을 통한 엑소좀의 라만 신호 분류법 및 세포 진단 방법에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 암 세포와 정상 세포로부터 유래한 엑소좀을 라만 분광법을 통해 라만 신호를 획득하고, 상기 획득된 라만 신호를 정규화시켜 주성분분석법(PCA)을 수행하여 암 세포와 정상 세포를 보다 정확하게 구분하여 암의 조기 진단을 수행할 수 있으며, 나아가 환자 친화적인 진단 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
