Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an integrated exhaust fan using a vortex and, specifically, to an integrated exhaust fan using a vortex, and formed so as to enable manufacturing to be performed at low cost and high exhaust efficiency to be obtained since an exhaust fan and a swirler are integrally formed, and the fan comprises: a main body having a suction hole formed at an inner side center portion thereof, and having a coupling part provided in the suction hole and enabling a motor to be coupled thereto, such that the main body is formed so as to enable the connection thereof to a suction end portion of an exhaust pipe for discharging air; a plurality of rotary vanes connected to the suction hole and the coupling part of the main body so as to be aligned and provided at the inner side center portion of the main body; and a plurality of vortex inclined surfaces formed at an inner side of the rim of the main body so as to form the vortex at a lower end of the main body.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ventilateur d'échappement intégré utilisant un tourbillon et, de façon plus spécifique, un ventilateur d'échappement intégré utilisant un tourbillon, et formé de façon à permettre d'effectuer une fabrication à un faible coût et d'obtenir une efficacité d'échappement élevée du fait qu'un ventilateur d'échappement et un dispositif de tourbillonnement sont formés d'un seul tenant, lequel ventilateur comprend : un corps principal ayant un trou d'aspiration formé sur une partie centrale latérale interne de ce dernier, et ayant une partie de couplage disposée dans le trou d'aspiration et permettant à un moteur d'être accouplé à ce dernier, de telle sorte que le corps principal est formé de façon à permettre la liaison de ce dernier à une partie d'extrémité d'aspiration d'un tuyau d'échappement pour décharger de l'air ; une pluralité d'aubes rotatives reliées au trou d'aspiration et à la partie de couplage du corps principal de façon à être alignées et disposées au niveau de la partie centrale latérale interne du corps principal ; et une pluralité de surfaces inclinées de tourbillon formées sur un côté interne du rebord du corps principal de façon à former le tourbillon à une extrémité inférieure du corps principal.
(KO) 본 발명은 와류를 이용한 일체형 배기팬에 관한 것으로 특히, 배기팬과 스왈러를 일체로 형성하여 저렴한 비용으로 제작이 가능하면서도 높은 배기효율을 얻을 수 있도록 구성된 와류를 이용한 일체형 배기팬에 관한 것으로서, 내측 중심부에 흡입공이 형성되고, 상기 흡입공에는 모터의 체결이 가능한 체결부가 구비되어 공기를 배출하는 배기관의 흡입단부에 연결 가능하게 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 흡입공과 체결부에 연결되어 상기 본체의 내측 중심부에 배열 구비되는 다수개의 회전날개와, 상기 본체의 하단으로 와류를 형성시키게 본체의 테두리 내측에 형성되는 다수개의 와류경사면을 포함하여 구성된다.
