(JA) 生体組織力学的物性量観測方法および生体組織力学的物性量観測装置
Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology which is capable of evaluating biological tissue such as cartilaginous tissue and regenerated tissue such as regenerated cartilage. A method for observing a dynamic physical property of biological tissue according to the present invention is characterized in that a biological tissue is irradiated with pulse light which includes wavelengths in the far-infrared wavelength range, and which has been modulated into circularly polarized light by using a high-voltage/high-speed modulation means (13) to apply a bias voltage to a radiation means (3) provided with an antenna electrode film having an orthogonal (2) axis structure, while shifting the phase, and the dynamic physical property of the biological tissue is observed on the basis of a spectrum obtained using vibrational optical activity spectroscopy.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une technologie qui permet d'évaluer un tissu biologique tel qu'un tissu cartilagineux et un tissu régénéré tel qu'un cartilage régénéré. Un procédé d'observation d'une propriété physique dynamique d'un tissu biologique selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un tissu biologique est irradié avec une lumière pulsée qui comprend des longueurs d'onde dans la plage de longueurs d'onde dans l'infrarouge lointain, et qui a été modulée en une lumière polarisée circulairement à l'aide d'un moyen de modulation haute tension/grande vitesse (13) pour appliquer une tension de polarisation à un moyen de rayonnement (3) pourvu d'un film d'électrode d'antenne ayant une structure à axe orthogonal (2), tout en décalant la phase, et la propriété physique dynamique du tissu biologique est observée sur la base d'un spectre obtenu à l'aide d'une spectroscopie d'activité optique vibratoire.
(JA) 軟骨組織などの生体組織や再生軟骨などの再生組織を評価することのできる技術を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る生体組織力学的物性量観測方法は、直交(2)軸構造のアンテナ電極膜を有する放射手段(3)に、高圧・高速の変調手段(13)を用いて位相をずらしながらバイアス電圧を印加して円偏光に変調した遠赤外波長域の波長を含むパルス光を生体組織に照射し、振動光学活性分光法により得られたスペクトルに基づいて生体組織の力学的物性量を観測することを特徴とする。
