Abstract:
(EN) This superconducting stabilizer is used in the superconducting wire and is formed from a copper material which contains a total of 3 to 100 ppm by mass of one or more additive elements selected from Mg, Mn, Ti, Y and Zr and has a remainder made up of Cu and unavoidable impurities, wherein the total concentration of the aforementioned unavoidable impurities other than O, H, C, N and S which are gas components is 5-100 ppm by mass, and compounds including one or more selected from MgS, MgSO4, MnS, TiS, YS, Y2SO2, and ZrS are present inside the matrix phase.
(FR) Le matériau stabilisateur de supraconduction de l’invention consiste en un matériau de cuivre qui est mis en œuvre dans un fil supraconducteur, et qui comprend au moins une sorte d’élément additionnel choisi parmi Mg, Mn, Ti, Y et Zr selon une plage au total de 3ppm en masse ou plus à 100ppm en masse ou moins, le reste consistant en Cu et impuretés inévitables, et la concentration totale en impuretés inévitables, à l’exclusion des composants gazeux O, H, C, N et S, étant supérieure ou égale à 5ppm en masse et inférieure ou égale à 100ppm en masse. Un composé contenant au moins un composant choisi parmi MgS, MgSO, MnS, TiS, YS, YSO, ZrS, est présent dans une partie interne de phase de base.
(JA) 本発明の超伝導安定化材は、超伝導線に用いられ、Mg,Mn,Ti,Y,Zrから選択される1種以上の添加元素を合計で3質量ppm以上100質量ppm以下の範囲内で含有し、残部がCu及び不可避不純物とされるとともに、ガス成分であるO,H,C,N,Sを除く前記不可避不純物の濃度の総計が5質量ppm以上100質量ppm以下とされた銅材からなり、母相内部に、MgS,MgSO,MnS,TiS,YS,YSO,ZrSから選択される1種以上を含む化合物が存在する。
