Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a gas separation membrane having a gas separation layer that is excellent in both gas permeability and gas separation selectivity, exhibits excellent gas permeability and gas separation selectivity even under high pressure conditions, and is also less susceptible to influence of impurities such as toluene present in natural gas; and a gas separation module, a gas separation device, and a gas separation method using the gas separation membrane. The gas separation membrane has a gas separation layer containing a crosslinked polyimide compound, wherein the crosslinked polyimide compound has a crosslinked structure mediated by at least one linking group selected from the group consisting of (A-1) to (A-12). In the formulae, Ra, Rb, and Rc each independently represent a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, or an aryloxy group.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une membrane de séparation de gaz ayant une couche de séparation de gaz qui est excellente à la fois en termes de perméabilité aux gaz et de sélectivité de séparation de gaz, présente une excellente perméabilité aux gaz et une excellente sélectivité de séparation de gaz même dans des conditions de pression élevée, et est également moins sensible à l'influence d'impuretés, telles que le toluène, présentes dans un gaz naturel ; et un module de séparation de gaz, un dispositif de séparation de gaz et un procédé de séparation de gaz utilisant la membrane de séparation de gaz. La membrane de séparation de gaz comporte une couche de séparation de gaz contenant un composé de polyimide réticulé, le composé de polyimide réticulé ayant une structure réticulée induite par au moins un groupe de liaison choisi parmi le groupe constitué par (A-1) à (A-12). Dans les formules, Ra, Rb et Rc représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe hydroxyle, un atome d'halogène, un groupe alcoxy ou un groupe aryloxy.
(JA) ガス透過性とガス分離選択性のいずれにも優れ、高圧条件下でも優れたガス透過性とガス分離選択性を示し、且つ、天然ガス中に存在するトルエン等の不純物の影響も受けにくいガス分離層を有するガス分離膜、それを用いたガス分離モジュール、ガス分離装置、及びガス分離方法を提供する。ガス分離膜は、架橋ポリイミド化合物を含有するガス分離層を有し、上記架橋ポリイミド化合物は下記(A-1)~(A-12)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの連結基を介した架橋構造を有する。 上記式中、R、RおよびRはそれぞれ独立に、水酸基、ハロゲン原子、アルコキシ基またはアリールオキシ基を示す。
