The sheet lamination jig according to the present invention comprises: a sheet holding unit (160) having a sheet holding lateral surface (160a) that holds sheets, and positioned atop a stage (101) so that the sheet holding lateral surface (160a) faces a workspace (A); an electrode holding unit (102) having an electrode holding lateral surface (102a) that holds electrodes, and positioned atop the stage (101) so that the electrode holding lateral surface (102a) faces the workspace (A); a sheet holding guide (106) that holds a plurality of sheets (50) along the sheet holding lateral surface (160a); an electrode holding guide (103) that holds the electrodes (30) along the electrode holding lateral surface (102a); and a magnetic circuit (20) that generates magnetism producing gaps between the sheets (50).
