An arc-tracking welding method according to the present invention is an arc-tracking welding method in a consumable-electrode-type welding apparatus provided with a weaving function for swinging a torch in the welding direction, wherein a welding current and a welding voltage to be supplied to a consumable electrode include high-frequency components. A change in resistance value resulting from a fluctuation in electrode height is detected from the welding current and the welding voltage during welding. Then, a shift of a weld line is detected from information about the detected resistance value and both end positions of a weaving amplitude.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de soudage de suivi d'arc dans un appareil de soudage de type à électrode consommable pourvu d'une fonction d'oscillation permettant de faire osciller une torche dans la direction de soudage, un courant de soudage et une tension de soudage devant être fournis à une électrode consommable comprenant des composants haute fréquence. Un changement de valeur de résistance résultant d'une fluctuation de hauteur d'électrode est détecté à partir du courant de soudage et de la tension de soudage pendant le soudage. Ensuite, un décalage d'une ligne de soudure est détecté à partir d'informations concernant la valeur de résistance détectée et les deux positions d'extrémité d'une amplitude d'oscillation.

本発明のアーク倣い溶接方法は、溶接方向に対してトーチを揺動させるウィービング機能を備えた消耗電極型の溶接装置におけるアーク倣い溶接方法であって、消耗電極へ供給する溶接電流及び溶接電圧が高周波成分を含むようにする。溶接中における溶接電流及び溶接電圧から、電極の高さ変動に伴う抵抗値変化を検出する。そして検出された抵抗値とウィービングの振幅両端位置に関する情報とから溶接線のズレを検出する。
