Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method comprising: producing a complex including a fibre-based porous back layer, an intermediate layer comprising shredded recycled material, and a porous front layer; placing the complex in a thermoforming mould so as to produce a three-dimensional shell; placing the shell in an RIM mould; and injecting a foam precursor mixture in order to form a sealed acoustic insulation barrier; the binder being incorporated into the front layer, said front layer having a mass per unit area of between 500 and 2000 g/m2, said front layer including at least one lightly compressed, high-absorption region with a thickness of between 4 and 10 mm, the minimum total percentage of the lightly compressed region being 40%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant : réaliser un complexe comprenant une couche d'envers poreuse à base de fibres, une couche intermédiaire à base de broyat de matériau recyclé et une couche d'endroit poreuse; disposer ledit complexe dans un moule de thermoformage pour réaliser une coque tridimensionnelle; disposer ladite coque dans un moule RIM; injecter un mélange précurseur de mousse pour former une barrière étanche d'isolation acoustique; ledit liant étant incorporé à ladite couche d'endroit, ladite couche d'endroit présentant une masse surfacique comprise entre 500 et 2000 g/m2, ladite couche d'endroit présente : au moins une zone peu comprimée de forte absorption présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 4 et 10 mm, le pourcentage minimum total de zone peu comprimée étant de 40%.
