Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electronic circuit (1) for detecting the current winding temperature of phase windings (10) and/or for detecting other characteristics of an electronically commutated electric motor (2) which is connected, or can be connected to a frequency converter (3). The circuit comprises one or more capacitive two-terminal networks (6) with a temperature-dependent impedance, each network being arranged parallel to two winding terminals (u, v, w) of the phase windings (10). The invention also relates to a detector (20) for detecting the current responses in the motor feeds on the basis of steep-flanked voltage changes at the output of the frequency converter.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un circuit électronique (1) servant à détecter la température actuelle d’enroulements de phase (10) et/ou d’autres grandeurs caractéristiques d’un moteur électrique à commutation électronique (2) qui est ou peut être raccordé à un convertisseur de fréquence (3), comportant un ou plusieurs dipôles capacitifs (6), ayant une impédance dépendante de la température, qui sont disposés chacun parallèlement à deux bornes (u, v, w) des enroulements de phase (10) ainsi qu’un détecteur (20) servant à détecter les réponses de courant dans les lignes d’alimentation du moteur à la suite de modifications de tension à fronts raides à la sortie du convertisseur de fréquence.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektronische Schaltung (1) zur Erfassung der aktuellen Wicklungstemperatur von Strangwicklungen (10) und/oder anderen Charakteristika eines elektronisch kommutierten Elektromotors (2), der an einem Frequenzumrichter (3) angeschlossen oder anschließbar ist, umfassend ein oder mehrere kapazitive Zweipole (6) mit einer von der Temperatur abhängigen Impedanz, die jeweils parallel zu zwei Wicklungsanschlüssen (u, v, w) der Strangwicklungen (10) angeordnet sind sowie einen Detektor (20) zum Erfassen der Stromantworten in den Motorzuleitungen aufgrund von steilflankigen Spannungsänderungen am Ausgang des Frequenzumrichters.
