Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Motorblocks (1) eines Verbrennungsmotors umfassend die Schritte: Bereitstellen eines Motorblockgrundkörpers (8) mit Kopfbefestigungsmitteln (17) zum Befestigen eines Zylinderkopfs sowie mit zumindest einer Zylinderbohrung (4) für einen Kolben des Verbrennungsmotors, wobei sich die Zylinderbohrung (4) zwischen einem oberen Ende (2) und einem unteren Ende (3) erstreckt, Aufbringen einer Hilfsstruktur (15) auf den Motorblockgrundkörper (8) und Befestigen der Hilfsstruktur (15) an den Kopfbefestigungsmitteln (17), wobei die Hilfsstruktur (15) eine Durchgangsöffnung (16) aufweist, die das obere Ende (2) der Zylinderbohrung (4) freigibt, Herstellung einer Rotationssymmetrie um eine Mittelachse (100) der Zylinderbohrung (4) durch spanendes Bearbeiten der Zylinderbohrung (4), und Einbringen zumindest eines Vergrößerungsbereichs (7) in das von der Zylinderbohrung (4) umschlossene Volumen durch das spanende Bearbeiten der Zylinderbohrung (4), wobei durch den Vergrößerungsbereich (7) ein Durchmesser der Zylinderbohrung (4) an dem oberen Ende (2) geringer ist als an dem unteren Ende (3).

The present invention relates to a method for producing an engine block (1) of an internal combustion engine comprising the steps of: providing an engine block main body (8) comprising head fastening means (17) for fastening a cylinder head and also comprising at least one cylinder bore (4) for a piston of the combustion engine, wherein the cylinder bore (4) extends between an upper end (2) and a lower end (3), applying an auxiliary structure (15) to the engine block main body (8) and fastening the auxiliary structure (15) on the head fastening means (17), wherein the auxiliary structure (15) has a through-opening (16), which exposes the upper end (2) of the cylinder bore (4), establishing a rotational symmetry about a central axis (100) of the cylinder bore (4) by machining the cylinder bore (4), and introducing at least one enlarging region (7) into the volume enclosed by the cylinder bore (4) by machining the cylinder bore (4), wherein the enlarging region (7) has the effect that a diameter of the cylinder bore (4) is smaller at the upper end (2) than at the lower end (3).

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un bloc moteur (1) d’un moteur à combustion interne. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : produire un corps de base de bloc moteur (8) muni de moyens de fixation de tête (17) destinés à fixer une tête de cylindre et au moins un alésage de cylindre (4) destiné à un piston du moteur à combustion interne, l’alésage de cylindre s’étendant entre une extrémité supérieure (2) et une extrémité inférieure (3), appliquer une structure auxiliaire (15) sur le corps de base de bloc moteur et fixer la structure auxiliaire aux moyens de fixation de tête (17), la structure auxiliaire (15) comportant une ouverture de passage (16) qui libère l’extrémité supérieure (2) de l’alésage de cylindre (4), réaliser une symétrie de rotation sur un axe central de l’alésage de cylindre par usinage par enlèvement de copeaux de l’alésage de cylindre (4), et introduire au moins une zone d’élargissement (7) dans le volume entouré par l’alésage de cylindre (4) par l’usinage par enlèvement de copeaux de l’alésage de cylindre (4), le diamètre de l’alésage de cylindre (4) à l’extrémité supérieure (2) étant inférieur à celui de l’extrémité inférieure (3) en raison de la zone d’agrandissement (7).
