Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and/or D-glucosamine salt by microbial fermentation: improving the effect of UDP-acetyl-D-glucosamine-2-isomerase in the microbe in order to produce N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and/or D-glucosamine salt more efficiently and with a higher yield.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un sel de N-acétyl-D-glucosamine et/ou de D-glucosamine par fermentation microbienne consistant à améliorer l'effet de l'UDP-acétyl-D-glucosamine-2-isomérase dans le microbe afin de produire le sel de N-acétyl-D-glucosamine et/ou de D-glucosamine de manière plus efficace et avec un rendement plus élevé.
(ZH) 一种微生物发酵生产N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖和D-氨基葡萄糖盐的方法,通过提高微生物中UDP-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖-2-异构酶的作用,以更高效率和更高产量生产N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖和/或D-氨基葡萄糖盐。
