(EN)Provided is a method for producing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and a D-glucosamine salt by means of microbial fermentation. The method, by increasing the effect of D-glucosamine-6-phosphate deaminase (NagB) in microbes while reducing the effect to glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase (GlmS), or by increasing the effect of GlmS in the microbes while reducing the effect of NagB, boots production of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and/or the D-glucosamine salt.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de production de N-acétyl-D-glucosamine et d'un sel de D-glucosamine par fermentation microbienne. Le procédé selon l'invention permet, en augmentant l'effet de la D-glucosamine-6-phosphate désaminase (NagB) dans des microbes tout en réduisant l'effet de la glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase (GlmS), ou en augmentant l'effet de la GlmS dans les microbes tout en réduisant l'effet de la NagB, de stimuler la production de N-acétyl-D-glucosamine et/ou du sel de D-glucosamine.
