Abstract:
(EN) A flow cytometry detection apparatus and method, and an application of a binary optical device in flow cytometry detection or for preparing the flow cytometry detection apparatus. The flow cytometry detection apparatus comprises: a light spot forming assembly (300), the light spot forming assembly (300) being configured to be suitable for forming at least two light spots on the centre line of a flow channel (10).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de détection par cytométrie en flux, et une application d'un dispositif optique binaire dans une détection par cytométrie en flux ou pour préparer l'appareil de détection par cytométrie en flux. L'appareil de détection par cytométrie en flux comprend : un ensemble de formation de points lumineux (300), l'ensemble de formation de points lumineux (300) étant conçu pour pouvoir former au moins deux points lumineux sur la ligne centrale d'un canal d'écoulement (10).
