Title: PIXEL CIRCUIT, DRIVING METHOD FOR USE IN PIXEL CIRCUIT, AND ARRAY SUBSTRATE
Abstract:
Provided are a pixel circuit, a driving method, and an array substrate. The pixel circuit comprises multiple subpixel units. Each subpixel unit comprises an input subcircuit (201), a driving subcircuit (202), a light emission control subcircuit (203), and a voltage level hold subcircuit (204). The input subcircuit (201) is connected to a data line (DATA), and is controlled by a first scan line (Sn) to provide a data signal on the data line (DATA) to an input terminal (INPUT_D) of the driving subcircuit (202). The driving subcircuit (202) receives the data signal inputted by the input subcircuit (201), and is controlled by a first node (N1) to output, by means of a second node (N2), a driving current to the light emission control subcircuit (203). The light emission control subcircuit (203) is controlled by a light emission control line (En) to drive, according to the received driving current, a light-emitting device to emit light. The voltage level hold subcircuit (204) is connected between the first node (N1) and a first voltage terminal (ELVDD) to hold a voltage level of the first node (N1). Since driving of multiple subpixels is integrated into one pixel driving circuit, the respective subpixels can share some driving signals, thereby increasing system integration.
