Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal material, a liquid crystal display panel, and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal material comprises liquid crystal molecules (31) and a photosensitive vertical alignment material (33) mixed with the liquid crystal molecules (31), said photosensitive vertical alignment material (33) comprising a head A, an intermediate group Sp, a photosensitive group B and a tail group R. The head group A is anchored on a substrate (100, 10, 20), causing the entire molecule to be arranged perpendicular to the substrate (100, 10, 20); when the photosensitive group B is exposed to ultraviolet light emissions from an oblique direction, a photoreaction occurs, causing the direction of orientation of the whole molecule to change, and orienting the arrangement on the substrate (100, 10, 20) at a specific angle according to the direction of emission of the ultraviolet light, causing the liquid crystal molecules (31) on the surface of the substrate (100, 10, 20) to form a pre-tilt angle. Doping the liquid crystal molecules (31) with a photosensitive vertical alignment material (33) leads to a liquid crystal alignment effect, eliminating the need for an alignment film and lowering production costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de cristaux liquides, un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides, et un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides. Le matériau à cristaux liquides comprend des molécules de cristaux liquides (31) et un matériau d'alignement vertical photosensible (33) mélangé aux molécules de cristaux liquides (31), ledit matériau d'alignement vertical photosensible (33) comprenant une tête (A), un groupe intermédiaire (Sp), un groupe photosensible (B) et un groupe de queue (R).
