Abstract:
(EN) A touchscreen panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a touchscreen display. The touchscreen panel comprises an upper substrate (11), a lower substrate (12), and, provided between the upper substrate (11) and the lower substrate (12), a display component layer, a first insulating layer (13), and a transparent touch electrode layer (14). The display component layer is arranged on the lower substrate (12) and used for displaying an image. The first insulating layer (13) is arranged on the display component layer and used for separating the display component layer from the transparent touch electrode layer (14). The touch electrode layer (14) is arranged on the first insulating layer (13) and used for detecting a touched position, the material of the transparent touch electrode layer (14) being transparent electrically-conductive graphene. The structure of the touchscreen panel is simplified and optimized and inexpensive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau d'écran tactile, un procédé de fabrication associé, ainsi qu'un un affichage à écran tactile. Le panneau d'écran tactile comprend un substrat supérieur (11), un substrat inférieur (12) et, entre le substrat supérieur (11) et le substrat inférieur (12), une couche de composant d'affichage, une première couche isolante (13) et une couche d'électrode tactile transparente (14). La couche de composant d'affichage est disposée sur le substrat inférieur (12) et sert à afficher une image. La première couche isolante (13) est disposée sur la couche de composant d'affichage et sert à séparer la couche de composant d'affichage de la couche d'électrode tactile transparente (14). La couche d'électrode tactile (14) est disposée sur la première couche isolante (13) et sert à détecter un endroit effleuré, le matériau de la couche d'électrode tactile transparente (14) étant du graphène électriquement conducteur transparent. La structure du panneau d'écran tactile selon l'invention est simplifiée, optimisée et peu coûteuse.
