Abstract:
(EN) A method of making a thin film is provided. The method includes ball milling a suspension including a nanopowder, an additive component, and a solvent to generate a suspension of milled nanopowder, disposing a layer of the suspension of milled nanopowder onto a substrate, drying the layer by removing at least a portion of the solvent to form a green film, compressing the green film to form a compressed green film, debindering the compressed green film to form a debindered film, and sintering the debindered film to generate the thin film. The additive component includes a component selected from the group consisting of a dispersant, a binder, a plasticizer, and combinations thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film mince. Le procédé comprend le broyage à boulets d'une suspension comprenant une nanopoudre, un constituant additif et un solvant pour générer une suspension de nanopoudre broyée, la disposition d'une couche de la suspension de nanopoudre broyée sur un substrat, le séchage de la couche par élimination d'au moins une partie du solvant pour former un film cru, la compression du film cru pour former un film cru comprimé, la décomposition du film cru comprimé pour former un film délié, et le frittage du film délié pour générer le film mince. Le constituant additif comprend un constituant choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un dispersant, d'un liant, d'un plastifiant et leurs combinaisons.
