(EN) A bone model (10) for trialing a medical implant mountable on a natural bone to repair a natural articulating surface, comprising: a bone component (12) shaped and sized to approximate the natural bone; and an implant component (14) defining an artificial articulation surface (16) and being sized and shaped such that the artificial articulating surface approximates the natural articulating surface; wherein the implant component is positionable on the bone component to approximate mounting of the medical implant onto the natural bone.
