Title: POROUS LITHIUM ANODE
Abstract:
The claimed invention relates to the field of creating negative electrodes (anodes) for lithium secondary chemical sources of current (batteries). The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the specific capacity and number of recharge cycles of a battery, and in reducing dendrite formation and overvoltages. A porous lithium anode contains a current collector made of metal, the surface of which has a multi-layer coating, containing three layers, applied thereto. An inner layer, which is applied to the current collector, is made of a porous carbon matrix containing vertically-oriented carbon nanoparticles; a middle layer, which is deposited on the inner layer, is made of metal; and an outer layer, which is deposited on the middle layer, is made of metallic lithium.
