(EN)The present specification relates to a reinforced membrane comprising: a porous polymer supporting body; platinum nanoparticles dispersed on both surfaces of the porous polymer supporting body and the surfaces in the pores thereof; and an ion conductive polymer provided in the pores of the porous polymer supporting body, wherein the platinum nanoparticles have an average diameter of 1 nm to 50 nm.
