The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present disclosure provides a V2X message transmitting method and apparatus, which includes obtaining, by a MCE, location information of a user equipment (UE) and a type of a V2X message, determining, by the MCE, a service area for broadcasting the V2X message; transmitting, by the MCE, the service area to a base station within the service area, so that the base station transmits the V2X message. According to the present disclosure, it can be supported to transmit the V2X message according to the location of the UE, thereby reducing transmission burden of air interface.

La présente invention concerne un système de communication de pré-5e génération (5G) ou 5G prenant en charge des débits de données dépassant ceux d’un système de communication de 4e génération (4G), tel qu’un système d’évolution à long terme (LTE). La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de transmission de message V2X, qui consistent à obtenir, par une MCE, des informations d'emplacement d'un équipement utilisateur (UE) et un type d'un message V2X, déterminer, par la MCE, une zone de service pour diffuser le message V2X ; transmettre, par la MCE, la zone de service à une station de base à l'intérieur de la zone de service, de sorte que la station de base transmette le message V2X. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de prendre en charge la transmission du message V2X selon l'emplacement de l'UE, ce qui réduit la charge de transmission de l'interface radio.
