Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: an anode for a secondary battery; a manufacturing method therefor; and a secondary battery comprising the same, the anode comprising: an anode collector; a first anode active material layer located on the anode collector; and a second anode active material layer located on the first anode active material layer, wherein the ratio of the thickness of the first anode active material layer to the total thickness of the first and second anode active material layers is less than 0.5, the first anode active material layer comprises a styrene-butadiene rubber in which the total amount of a repeating unit having a styrene-derived structure and a repeating unit having a butadiene-derived structure is 50 wt% or more, and the second anode active material layer comprises a (meth)acrylate-based polymer, which comprises a repeating unit having a styrene-derived structure and a repeating unit having a (meth)acrylate-derived structure, such that the amount of the repeating unit having a (meth)acrylate-derived structure is 60-90 wt%, and thus the resistance within an electrode is decreased because of an increase in the adhesive force between an electrode collector and active materials and in the adhesive force between the active materials, thereby enabling the capacity and lifespan characteristics of a battery to be greatly improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une anode pour pile rechargeable ; son procédé de fabrication ; une pile rechargeable la comprenant, l'anode comportant : un collecteur d'anode ; une première couche de matériau actif d'anode située sur le collecteur d'anode ; une seconde couche de matériau actif d'anode située sur la première couche de matériau actif d'anode, le rapport de l'épaisseur de la première couche de matériau actif d'anode sur l'épaisseur totale des première et seconde couches de matériau actif d'anode étant inférieur à 0,5, la première couche de matériau actif d'anode comprenant un caoutchouc styrène-butadiène dans lequel la quantité totale de motifs répétés ayant une structure dérivée du styrène et de motifs répétés ayant une structure dérivée du butadiène est supérieure ou égale à 50 % en poids, et la seconde couche de matériau actif d'anode comprenant un polymère à base de (méth)acrylate, qui comprend des motifs répétés ayant une structure dérivée du styrène et des motifs répétés ayant une structure dérivée du (méth)acrylate, dans lequel la quantité de motifs répétés ayant une structure dérivée du (méth)acrylate est de 60 à 90 % en poids, moyennant quoi la résistance à l'intérieur d'une électrode est réduite en raison d'une augmentation de la force d'adhérence entre un collecteur d'électrode et des matériaux actifs et de la force d'adhérence entre les matériaux actifs, ce qui permet d'améliorer considérablement les caractéristiques de capacité et de durée de vie d'une pile rechargeable.
(KO) 본 발명에서는 음극 집전체, 상기 음극 집전체 상에 위치하는 제1 음극 활물질층, 및 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 위치하는 제2 음극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 두께에 대한 제1 음극 활물질층의 두께비가 0.5 미만이며, 상기 제1 음극 활물질층은 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 부타디엔 유래 구조의 반복단위의 총 함량이 50중량% 이상인 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무를 포함하고, 상기 제2 음극 활물질층은 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위를 포함하되, 상기 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위의 함량이 60중량% 내지 90중량%인 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체를 포함함으로써, 음극 집전체-활물질간의 접착력 및 활물질간 접착력의 증가로 전극 내 저항이 감소되어, 전지의 용량 및 수명 특성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 이차전지용 음극, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지가 제공된다.
