Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a heat-radiation module and an electric vehicle battery pack using the same, wherein the heat-radiation module comprises: a vapor chamber which is in contact with a heat generating device to uniformly collect heat generated by the heat generating device; a heat sink for spreading and radiating the heat collected by the vapor chamber; and a heat exchanger for cooling the heat radiated by the heat sink.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de rayonnement thermique et un bloc-batterie de véhicule électrique utilisant ce dernier, le module de rayonnement thermique comprenant : une chambre de vapeur qui est en contact avec un dispositif de génération de chaleur de façon à capter uniformément la chaleur générée par le dispositif de génération de chaleur; un dissipateur thermique destiné à propager et à faire rayonner la chaleur captée par la chambre de vapeur; un échangeur de chaleur destiné à refroidir la chaleur rayonnée par le dissipateur thermique.
(KO) 본 발명은 방열 모듈 및 이를 이용한 전기자동차용 전지팩에 관한 것으로, 방열 모듈은 발열 기기에 접촉되어 상기 발열 기기에서 발생된 열을 균일하게 집열하는 베이퍼 챔버(vapor chamber); 상기 베이퍼 챔버의 집열을 확산시켜 방출하는 히트 싱크; 및 상기 히트 싱크에서 방출된 열을 냉각시키는 열교환기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
