(EN) Carbon nanotubes according to the present invention can provide higher conductivity by allowing the BET and crystal size to satisfy the conditions expressed by formula 1 below, and consequently, can improve the conductivity of a carbon composite material containing the carbon nanotubes. [Formula 1] Lc x [specific surface area of CNT (cm2/g)]1/2 > 80, wherein Lc is the size of crystals measured by X-ray diffraction.
(FR) L'invention concerne des nanotubes de carbone qui peuvent permettre d'obtenir une conductivité plus élevée grâce à la satisfaction des conditions de méthode BET et de taille des cristaux exprimées par la formule 1 ci-dessous, et par conséquent, qui peuvent améliorer la conductivité d'un matériau composite de carbone contenant les nanotubes de carbone. [Formule 1] Lc x [surface spécifique des NTC (cm2/g)]1/2 > 80, dans laquelle Lc est la taille des cristaux mesurée par diffraction des rayons X.
