(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing a spherical silica aerogel granule, and a spherical silica aerogel granule prepared thereby. The present invention can provide: a method for preparing a spherical silica aerogel granule, which is suitable for mass production since droplets of a water glass solution are uniformly dispersed, by using a surfactant in a specific step, in a uniform size in a nonaqueous solvent so as to reduce processing time, thereby increasing productivity; and a spherical silica aerogel granule having a uniform size, and excellent workability and flowability can be provided by the preparation method.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un granule d'aérogel de silice sphérique, et un granule d'aérogel de silice sphérique préparé par ce procédé. La présente invention concerne : un procédé de préparation d'un granule d'aérogel de silice sphérique, qui est adapté à la production en masse étant donné que des gouttelettes d'une solution de verre soluble sont uniformément dispersées, en utilisant un agent tensioactif dans une étape spécifique, de manière uniforme dans un solvant non aqueux de manière à réduire le temps de traitement, ce qui permet d'augmenter la productivité ; et un granule d'aérogel de silice sphérique ayant une taille uniforme, et une excellente aptitude au façonnage et à l'écoulement peut être obtenu par le procédé de préparation.
(KO)본 발명은 구형 실리카 에어로겔 과립의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 구형 실리카 에어로겔 과립에 관한 것으로서, 계면활성제를 특정 단계에 사용하여 물유리 용액의 액적을 균일한 크기로 비수계 용매에 균일하게 분산시킴으로써, 공정시간을 단축하여 생산성을 높임으로써 대량생산에 적합한 구형 실리카 에어로겔 과립 제조방법을 제공할 수 있으며, 상기 제조방법에 의해 작업성 및 흐름성이 우수한 균일한 크기의 구형 실리카 에어로겔 과립을 제공할 수 있다.
