(EN)Disclosed in the present specification are a composition for promoting the differentiation of skin cells and a method for screening for materials promoting the differentiation of skin cells. The composition for promoting the differentiation of skin cells, of the present invention, inhibits the expression or activity of JAB-1, thereby inhibiting the migration of psoriasin into the cell nucleus so as to enable the differentiation of skin cells to be effectively promoted. Therefore, the composition is effective in skin moisturization, skin barrier function strengthening, or treatment for atopy alleviation. In addition, according to one aspect, the method for screening for materials promoting the differentiation of skin cells treats keratinocytes with test materials and identifies the relative expression levels of JAB-1, thereby enabling materials for promoting the differentiation of corneocytes to be conveniently, rapidly and efficiently screened for.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition pour stimuler la différenciation de cellules cutanées et un procédé de criblage de matériaux stimulant la différenciation de cellules cutanées. La composition pour stimuler la différenciation de cellules cutanées, selon la présente invention, inhibe l'expression ou l'activité de JAB-1, de façon à inhiber la migration de psoriasine dans le noyau cellulaire de façon à permettre que la différenciation de cellules cutanées soit efficacement stimulée. Par conséquent, la composition est efficace dans l'hydratation de la peau, le renforcement de la fonction de barrière cutanée, ou le traitement pour l'atténuation de l'atopie. De plus, selon un aspect, le procédé de criblage de matériaux stimulant la différenciation de cellules cutanées traite des kératinocytes avec des matériaux d’essai et identifie les taux d'expression relatifs de JAB-1, de façon à permettre que des matériaux stimulant la différenciation de cornéocytes soient criblés de façon pratique, rapide et efficace.
