Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a curved display panel in order to manufacture a curved display panel by reducing the thickness of a previously manufactured display panel, and a curved display panel manufactured by the manufacturing method. Provided is a method for manufacturing a curved display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a method for manufacturing a curved display panel in order to manufacture a curved display panel by reducing the thickness of a flat-type display panel manufactured in advance and comprises: a protrusion polishing step of cutting, by mechanical polishing, to a predetermined thickness, a portion of the flat-type display panel to be formed with a protrusion protruding therefrom in order to protect a portion to which a driving circuit board is attached; a sealing material installation step of installing a sealing material for protecting, from an etchant, the flat-type display panel polished in the protrusion polishing step by wrapping together the driving circuit board and the portion to be formed with the protrusion; and an etching step of overall etching, with an etchant, the both surfaces of the flat-type display panel except the portion where the sealing material is provided so that the flat-type display panel provided with the sealing material installed in the sealing material installing step has a thickness thinner than the thickness of the projection. Therefore, the thickness of a protrusion can be minimized, and thus a slim curved display panel can be manufactured, and the defect rate due to an etchant can be minimized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'affichage incurvé afin de fabriquer un panneau d'affichage incurvé en réduisant l'épaisseur d'un panneau d'affichage précédemment fabriqué, et un panneau d'affichage incurvé fabriqué par le procédé de fabrication. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'affichage incurvé, qui est un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'affichage incurvé afin de fabriquer un panneau d'affichage incurvé en réduisant l'épaisseur d'un panneau d'affichage de type plat fabriqué à l'avance, et qui comprend : une étape de polissage de saillie consistant à découper, par polissage mécanique, jusqu'à une épaisseur prédéterminée, une partie du panneau d'affichage de type plat devant être pourvue d'une saillie faisant saillie à partir de cette dernière afin de protéger une partie sur laquelle une carte de circuit imprimé de commande est fixée; une étape d'installation de matériau d'étanchéité consistant à installer un matériau d'étanchéité pour protéger, contre un agent de gravure, le panneau d'affichage de type plat poli dans l'étape de polissage de saillie en enveloppement conjointement la carte de circuit imprimé de commande et la partie devant être pourvue de la saillie; et une étape de gravure consistant à graver de façon globale, avec un agent de gravure, les deux surfaces du panneau d'affichage de type plat à l'exception de la partie où le matériau d'étanchéité est disposé de telle sorte que le panneau d'affichage de type plat comprenant le matériau d'étanchéité installé dans l'étape d'installation de matériau d'étanchéité a une épaisseur plus fine que l'épaisseur de la saillie. (KO) 본 발명은 미리 제조된 디스플레이패널의 두께를 감소시켜 곡면형 디스플레이패널을 제조하기 위한 곡면형 디스플레이패널의 제조방법 및 이 제조방법에 의해 제조된 곡면형 디스플레이패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 곡면형 디스플레이패널의 제조방법은 미리 제조된 평판형 디스플레이패널의 두께를 감소시켜 곡면형 디스플레이패널을 제조하기 위한 곡면형 디스플레이패널의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 평판형 디스플레이패널에서 구동회로기판이 부착된 부분을 보호하기 위해 돌출되는 돌출턱을 형성할 부분을 기계적인 연마에 의해 미리 설정된 두께로 깎아내는 턱연마단계, 상기 턱연마단계에서 연마된 평판형 디스플레이패널을 상기 돌출턱을 형성할 부분과 상기 구동회로기판을 함께 감싸 식각액으로부터 보호하는 밀봉재를 설치하는 밀봉재설치단계, 및 상기 밀봉재설치단계에서 상기 밀봉재가 설치된 평판형 디스플레이패널을 상기 돌출턱의 두께보다 더 얇은 두께를 가지도록 상기 밀봉재가 설치된 부분을 제외하고 상기 평판형 디스플레이패널의 양면을 식각액에 의해 전면적으로 식각하는 식각단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 돌출턱의 두께를 최소화시켜 슬림한 곡면형 디스플레이패널을 제조할 수 있으며, 식각액에 의한 불량률을 최소화할 수 있다.
