Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a genetically mutated bacteria strain for detecting an estrogenic compound and a method for detecting an estrogenic compound by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bacteria strain having the ability to detect an estrogenic compound, transformed by plasmid A comprising base sequences in which a gene for encoding a coactivator interacting with an estrogen receptor ligand binding domain (ER LBD) is conjugated to a gene for encoding λCI protein, and plasmid B in which a gene for encoding an estrogen receptor ligand binding domain(ER LBD) is conjugated to a gene for encoding αNTD protein, and a method for detecting an estrogenic compound by using same. The present invention can provide genetically mutated bacteria for detecting an estrogenic compound and a method for detecting an estrogenic compound by using same since the bacteria are based on estrogen receptor protein originated from the human body, and thus are environmentally friendly, and the detection of the bacteria can be performed in a very short time with low cost and labor by virtue of a relatively simple process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une souche bactérienne génétiquement mutée pour détecter un composé estrogénique et un procédé de détection d'un composé estrogénique utilisant celle-ci. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une souche bactérienne ayant la capacité de détecter un composé estrogénique, transformée par un plasmide A comprenant des séquences de base dans lesquelles un gène pour coder pour un coactivateur interagissant avec un domaine de liaison de ligand de récepteur d'œstrogène (ER LBD) est conjugué à un gène pour coder pour la protéine λCI, et un plasmide B dans lequel un gène pour coder pour un domaine de liaison à un ligand de récepteur d'œstrogène (ER LBD) est conjugué à un gène pour coder pour la protéine αNTD, et un procédé de détection d'un composé estrogénique utilisant celle-ci. La présente invention peut fournir des bactéries génétiquement mutées pour détecter un composé estrogénique et un procédé de détection d'un composé estrogénique utilisant celles-ci étant donné que les bactéries sont basées sur une protéine de récepteur d'œstrogène provenant du corps humain et, par conséquent, sont respectueuses de l'environnement, et la détection des bactéries peut être effectuée en un temps très court avec un coût et un travail réduits grâce à un processus relativement simple.
(KO) 본 발명은 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출을 위한 유전자 변이 박테리아 균주 및 이를 이용한 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, 에스트로겐 수용체의 리간드 결합 부위 (ER LBD)와 상호작용하는 공동조절인자를 코딩하는 유전자가 λCI 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자와 접합된 염기서열을 포함하는 플라스미드 A; 및 에스트로겐 수용체의 리간드 결합 부위 (ER LBD)를 코딩하는 유전자가 αNTD 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자와 접합된 플라스미드 B에 의해서 형질전환된 (transformed), 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출능을 갖는 박테리아 균주 및 이를 이용한 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인체로부터 유래된 에스트로겐 수용체 단백질을 기반으로 하기 때문에 친환경적이고, 비교적 단순한 공정에 의해서, 낮은 원가 및 노동력으로, 매우 짧은 검출시간을 갖는 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출을 위한 유전자 변이 박테리아 및 이를 이용한 에스트로겐성 화합물의 검출 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
