(EN)Disclosed are an artificial intelligence medical suction device and a method for controlling an artificial intelligence medical suction device. The present invention is enabled by a control unit performing the steps of: setting the aspiration pressure of an aspirating pump connected to a catheter as specific reference aspiration pressure; driving the catheter forward so that an aspirating end of the catheter is inserted into the respiratory system; and analyzing the state of the aspirating end of the catheter on the basis of the change value of actual aspirating pressure measured from the catheter. According to the present invention, the medical suction device can self-determine whether the catheter is adsorbed onto the inner wall of the bronchial tube, thereby preventing situations in which additional pain is caused to the patient by the aspirating end of the catheter being adsorbed on the inner wall of the bronchial tube.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aspiration médical à intelligence artificielle et un procédé de commande dudit dispositif d'aspiration médical à intelligence artificielle. Le dispositif selon la présente invention permet à une unité de commande d'effectuer les opérations consistant à : définir la pression d'aspiration d'une pompe aspirante reliée à un cathéter comme pression d'aspiration de référence spécifique ; pousser le cathéter vers l'avant de façon qu'une extrémité aspirante du cathéter s'insère dans le système respiratoire ; et analyser l'état de l'extrémité aspirante du cathéter en fonction de la valeur modifiée de la pression d'aspiration réelle mesurée à partir du cathéter. Selon la présente invention, le dispositif d'aspiration médical peut automatiquement déterminer si le cathéter est adsorbé sur la paroi interne du tube bronchique, empêchant ainsi les cas où une douleur supplémentaire est infligée au patient par adsorption de l'extrémité aspirante du cathéter sur la paroi interne du tube bronchique.
(KO)인공 지능형 의료용 석션기 및 인공 지능형 의료용 석션기의 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 제어부가, 카테터에 연결된 흡입 펌프의 흡입압을 소정의 기준 흡입압으로 설정하고, 카테터의 흡입 단부가 호흡기 내부로 삽입되도록 카테터를 전진 구동시키며, 카테터로부터 측정되는 실제 흡입압의 변동값을 기초로 카테터의 흡입 단부의 상태를 분석하는 과정을 통해 구현된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 카테터의 기관지 내벽에의 흡착 여부를 의료용 석션기가 스스로 판단할 수 있게 됨에 따라, 카테터의 흡입 단부가 기관지의 내벽에 흡착됨으로써 환자의 고통이 가중되는 상황의 발생을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
