A natural and low-calorie-oriented carbonated beverage is provided which has improved dissipation of bubbles, and foaming is suppressed. This carbonated beverage satisfies the conditions below: (A) the caramel content is 100-5000ppm, (B) the total content of RebD and/or RebM is 200-500ppm, and (C) (total content of RebD and/or RebM) ≦ (-1/49)×(caramel content) + 502.

L'invention concerne une boisson gazeuse naturelle à faible teneur en calories dans laquelle les bulles se dissipent plus facilement et la formation de mousse est supprimée. Cette boisson gazeuse répond aux critères suivants : (A) la teneur en caramel est comprise entre 100 et 5 000 ppm, (B) la teneur totale en RebD et/ou RebM est comprise entre 200 et 500 ppm, et (C) (teneur totale en RebD et/ou RebM) ≦ (-1/49) × (teneur en caramel) + 502.
