Abstract:
(EN) A rust preventive oil composition which contains (A) at least one water removing agent that is selected from the group consisting of the components (A1) to (A4) described below and organic salts of these components, (B) at least one rust inhibitor that is selected from the group consisting of the components (B1) to (B6) described below, (C) a light mineral oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 20 mm2/s or less, and (D) a heavy mineral oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 80 mm2/s or more is able to provide a rust preventive oil composition that has improved water removal properties, rust prevention properties and water separation properties. (A1) An imidazoline compound having an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 10-24 carbon atoms (A2) A phosphoric acid ester compound wherein the total number of carbon atoms in aliphatic hydrocarbon groups is 8-40 (A3) A thiophosphoric acid ester compound wherein the total number of carbon atoms in aliphatic hydrocarbon groups is 8-40 (A4) A diamine compound wherein the total number of carbon atoms in aliphatic hydrocarbon groups is 8-40 (B1) A sulfonate wherein the total number of carbon atoms per one sulfonic group is 23 or more (B2) A partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol (B3) A polymer having a number average molecular weight of 600-5,000 (B4) A resin having a number average molecular weight of 400-3,500 (B5) A wax (B6) A succinimide compound
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition d'huile antirouille qui contient : (A) au moins un agent d'élimination d'eau qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué des composants (A1) à (A4) décrits ci-dessous et de sels organiques de ces composants ; (B) au moins un inhibiteur de rouille qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué des composants (B1) à (B6) décrits ci-dessous ; (C) une huile minérale légère ayant une viscosité cinématique à 40 °C de 20 mm2/s ou moins ; et (D) une huile minérale lourde ayant une viscosité cinématique à 40 °C de 80 mm2/s ou plus. Ladite composition d'huile antirouille est apte à constituer une composition d'huile antirouille qui présente des propriétés améliorées d'élimination de l'eau, des propriétés de prévention de la rouille et des propriétés de séparation de l'eau. (A1) Composé midazoline ayant un groupe hydrocarboné aliphatique ayant de 10 à 24 atomes de carbone. (A2) Composé ester d'acide phosphorique dans lequel le nombre total d'atomes de carbone dans des groupes hydrocarbonés aliphatiques est de 8 à 40. (A3) Composé ester d'acide thiophosphorique dans lequel le nombre total d'atomes de carbone dans des groupes hydrocarbonés aliphatiques est de 8 à 40. (A4) Composé diamine dans lequel le nombre total d'atomes de carbone dans des groupes hydrocarbonés aliphatiques est de 8 à 40. (B1) Sulfonate dans lequel le nombre total d'atomes de carbone par groupe sulfonique est de 23 ou plus. (B2) Ester partiel d'un alcool polyhydrique. (B3) Polymère ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 600 à 5 000. (B4) Résine ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 400 à 3 500. (B5) Cire. (B6) Composé succinimide.
