Abstract:
(EN) Provided are light-emitting nanoparticles that exhibit light emission stability and light resistance, and are less biologically toxic. The light-emitting nanoparticles contain a matrix material and a light-emitting substance included in the matrix material, wherein the matrix material contains a cationic element that is at least one member selected from the group consisting of Ti, Si, Ca, Al and Zr, and an anionic element that is at least one member selected from the group consisting of O and P; and the concentration of the light-emitting substance in the matrix material is set to a level that results in an average distance of 1.2 nm or more between pieces of the light-emitting substance.
(FR) L'invention concerne des nanoparticules électroluminescentes qui présentent une stabilité d'émission de lumière et une résistance à la lumière et qui sont moins toxiques sur le plan biologique. Les nanoparticules électroluminescentes contiennent un matériau de matrice et une substance électroluminescente comprise dans le matériau de matrice, le matériau de matrice contenant un élément cationique, qui est au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par Ti, Si, Ca, Al et Zr, et un élément anionique qui est au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par O et P ; et la concentration en substance électroluminescente dans le matériau de matrice est réglée à un niveau qui entraîne une distance moyenne de 1,2 nm ou plus entre des morceaux de la substance électroluminescente.
