Abstract:
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a blood measurement device having high bending rigidity and excellent transmission of rotational force and propulsion properties inside a blood vessel. [Solution] A blood measurement device 50 is provided with: a flexible tubular shaft 10; a tubular linking part 12 positioned coaxially with a distal end of the shaft 10, the inside diameter of the linking part 12 being greater than the inside diameter of the shaft 10; a slit 14 for communicating the inside and outside of the linking part 12; a flexible tubular tip guide part 20 which is coaxially linked to the distal end of the linking part 12; a flexible core 26 connected to the tip guide part 20, the core 26 being fitted into the linking part 12, and extending through an internal space of the tip guide part 20 to a distal end thereof; a measurement element 27 for measuring a blood physical quantity, the measurement element 27 being positioned in the internal space of the tip guide part 20; and a signal wire 25 extending from the measurement element 27 and inserted through the slit 14 into an internal space of the shaft 10.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de mesure du sang présentant une rigidité de courbure élevée et une excellente transmission de force de rotation et de propriétés de propulsion à l'intérieur d'un vaisseau sanguin. La solution selon l’invention porte sur un dispositif de mesure du sang (50) comprenant : une tige tubulaire flexible (10) ; une partie liaison tubulaire (12) positionnée coaxialement à une extrémité distale de la tige (10), le diamètre intérieur de la partie liaison (12) étant supérieur au diamètre intérieur de la tige (10) ; une fente (14) pour faire communiquer l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la partie liaison (12) ; une partie de guidage de pointe tubulaire flexible (20) qui est reliée coaxialement à l'extrémité distale de la partie liaison (12) ; un noyau flexible (26) relié à la partie de guidage de pointe (20), le noyau (26) étant ajusté dans la partie liaison (12), et s'étendant dans un espace interne de la partie de guidage de pointe (20) jusqu'à son extrémité distale ; un élément de mesure (27) pour mesurer une quantité physique de sang, l'élément de mesure (27) étant positionné dans l'espace interne de la partie de guidage de pointe (20) ; et un fil de signal (25) s’étendant depuis l'élément de mesure (27) et étant inséré dans la fente (14) dans un espace interne de la tige (10).
